- 1 / 5By Chris BlumerMy girlfriend and her family as well as myself frequent here often. For a bit now when we ask for delivery it takes over an hour and food is cold. So started to go pick it up. One time in the past 5 the food was good and warm and everything tasted right. This last time we got home and found out we had no sauce for our sweet and sour chicken. Ironically when we went to pick up our food they had another customer calling about the same issue. Since we had to go back to get it and the rest of our food was going to get cold we asked to exchange our chicken for fresh chicken. Nope. Only offered a 2 dollar off coupon. When I got there I not only was asked if I was sure I didn't get the sauce like I was lying. They had to pull up my order tgat I picked up 30 mins before before they would even give me the coupon. If you must go, make sure you have everything first. Last time I'll go for a while.August 05, 2016
